yeh thats why i like it too, a load of other speakers do that when you use the bluetooth on your phone. but its great if you can just listn to music without notifications

That part about "the money's gone" is so true. So many times I've bought something that I regretted and thought about returning, but I just keep it because I enjoy it and I just can't be bothered.

I actually have the Clip 4 as a gift from my uncle, and I feel you, I love it so much, I even brought it to school clipped to my bag, it sounds so good for the size
I inherited a Clip 1 from a friend when he upgraded to the Clip 2. I eventually upgraded to the Clip 3 and I've been using that thing pretty much everyday til the battery recently died. What you said was so true - if you end up using something every day for years, it could even be worth double the price tag. That fact that you can take these anywhere, including the shower, is just such a huge selling point.
You gotta admit tho. Clip 3 is ugly af.

Compared in store go 3 va clip 4 VS bose soundlink mini. Mini wins hands down,l albeit twice the price, second is clip 4 and the worst is go 3. So your reviews i can trust.
The UE wonderboom trounces this JBL! all you need is a big carabiner clip and you're good to go...
Absolutley, BUT....... The Wonderboom is big bro. Like I said in the video, you're paying 100% for the form factor of the Clip 4. There aren't any other speakers that can match it in utility without having to add or rig up something. I also wish it has those huge + and - buttons like the UE products. That would make the perfect speaker.

i’ve been broken between the wonderboom 2 and the clip 4 but i think imma go for the clip for the same reason as you, i can prob fit it in my side bag or just clip it on there and regardless of the worse sound (relative to the boom) it seems more portable which is what i want!

RAH to the vid. I purchased this today mostly cuz of the form factor. I'm with you on not being able to find any sales, but for future buyers right now, there is an Amazon listing for the Clip4 w/a case for the retail price. Not a sale, but an added item is better than nothing!
I saw that case deal when I double checked the price on Amazon. I've always felt cased for items like this were pretty pointless due to the nature of the product. However, you're right... at $70 anything extra is a win. Lol! Thanks for checking out the video 👊

I had this speaker and love it also. I used it at work roofing and could clip it to my tool belt. I lost it. I been watching you do the w king videos. I'm thinking about going to that. Is it a good idea? Or should I just buy another clip?
I’ve had JBL Extremes, Bose Revolve+, Fugoo XL, UE Boom/Mega Boom, Bose Flex x2, Minirig Mini, Bose Micro and the Clip 4.
My favorite speakers are the ones that are easiest to take around, and they have been the UE Boom and JBL Clip 4. My second fav are the Bose Flex’s paired together but they are just a tad less portable
So for 44.99 I can’t go wrong 🎉

Just bought a renewed JBL Clip 4 from Amazon for $35. I need something that I can clip to my shirt at work so I can listen to music no matter where I am. I'm only hoping this will be loud enough because I work in manufacturing and it can get quite noisy.

JBL sounds cleaner but not as loud or as much bass as the Tribit. JBL also has a more practical form factor. I prefer the Clip 4
Is it waterproof? what about the Bluetooth version? What about battery life? You talk about the clip 70% in the video. Please talk more about the devices functionality. Try to help...

No speakerphone function kills it for me. JBL is removing that feature on most of their new portable speakers. My money is going to the Tribit Stormbox Micro.

WOW.....HOPING YOU OF ALL PEOPLE CAN HELP ME.... I have the charge 3 but it's not loud enough for me I'm using it on my electric bike and need something NOTICEABLY LOUDER THAN THE CHARGE 3 with atleast 6 hours on 80-90% volume that's not TOO MUCH bigger than the charge 3 (I know it will be bigger if I want louder sound and good battery life) just not bigger than the jbl xtreme...... ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.... and anything under 300 dollars.... thanks again!
Blessing bro can check out the anker sound core boom it's for $100 dollars an watch review it's loud an have good battery life an have great bass an just same size as the jbl extreme with handle
@@dominieangus538 so is the boom NOTICEABLY louder then the jbl charge 3... when I'm riding at 40mph with a full helmet on the charge 3 is just loud enough to hear on max volume. That's why I'm looking for something louder then the jbl charge 3.... REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP
