No, dear. There is still an imbalance in how people are treated, depending on their gender. It's not a 'failure' to campaign for women to be treated equally.
I love Sandi. I interviewed her for a magazine a few years ago and she was genuinely really interesting, welcoming, funny and lovely. ❤
