- This is an example of how location affects home pricing in the Florida Keys. Water access and views are one of the most important factors down here in the Keys, often the land is worth way more than the home itself. Here is an example of a very nice home in an even more wonderful location! You can view this listing at the following link: www.flexmls.co...

So many knick-knacks in that house. Need to clear it out and only have the essentials to sell that thing
How many times has that place been flooded over the years? Ground level house on the water in the Keys.
Flood ? What would back up to flood the house ? The Keys rarely get hit by hurricanes, but that’s your choice. I’d rather live there than in the Great Plains states with the tornadoes. Think about it for a minute.
You never posted the link to get all the details. Super cute
Dang thanks for the heads up! Here ya go: www.flexmls.com/share/AFZOn/11765-5Th-Avenue-Ocean-Marathon-FL-33050
I'm from erie pa I love watching your videos great job
Awesome! Thank you!
Mega millions drawing is tonight. If I win I will call you in the morning.
Nice little house. If a person wanted something bigger with serious wow! appeal how much money would it take? Could you do a video of one?
Thanks! be sure to check out our other 175 videos....we've shown a lot of homes with "Wow"! One of our most expensive homes on the market down here now is around $27,000,000.....nice little place!
@@GablesOnTheGo Do you have a video of that listing? If you do could you post a link to it. Thank you very much 🙂

Trade ya two dry coconuts and a dead chicken? What say you 😅
the bikini helps missing here
1.4 million from newzealand is there an h.o.a if so no thanks?
No HOAs for this house.
Only people that have more money than brains would buy down in the keys. It's all going to be under water in a couple of years anyways.
Laughable
Nope. That was the prediction 25 years ago too. Stop falling for the BS.
From what ? Climate hoax ? Do some real research !
I resemble that remark. Been loving our peice of paradise in the Keys for the last 10 years. We plan on enjoying many more, brains or not. Thank you very much.
There many places in the keys already under water for a good part of the year! Specially during king tide months. One example is Still weight key largo, lived there for past several years I'm out now and people drive through salt water. Don't be naive it ain't what they make it look like
I know you have to pay to live in tropical paradise, but 2 million? It doesnt even have real grass!
one other thing is that ,the house has 3 bathrooms ,the problem is they are all small, i would rather, that there would be on big one and then one small one.
the house is old and ugly. the land is what makes up that price.
Elevation, elevation, elevation. Hard pass.
The house has been there for 70 years 😂
Is how close to Sombrero Beach Rd? That's a super nice part of Marathon.
BTW, Mark, thanks for that 50/50 rule post.
I'm looking at a FSBO I saw on Summerland when we were down last week and it looks like the house should be a tear down.
Big lot, though. 13,000 sq ft.
Gorgeous solid home love how beautiful the outdoors area is and the dock with a nice boat lift. There's just something special about the mid-century homes and that neighborhood. Thank you again for a great tour ❤
Rarely do I see if these homes are furnished or unfurnished. Seems that would be good information.
Where’s Lori? 🤷🏼♂️
You better have cash 2.1 million to be underwater in about 20 years or hit by a hurricane in less than that
Since being built, that home has survived the last two catastrophic hurricanes to hit the area; Donna in 1960 & Irma in 2017. My money is on the house. As to sea level rise, a person either believes that or not. I'm sure you know we are in the middle of an ice age, right? But we are lucky enough to be smack in the warmest center of one of the very rare interglacial periods which only last 10 to 12 thousand years. Then it's back to the deep freeze no matter what we tiny, insignificant humans do.
Ok then 😅
We have been hearing that for 60 years from the liberals
You would have insurance on that house no worries. Plus, Florida is not going to be under water 😂 it’s been there for all these years now and through lots of hurricanes. Can’t live life worrying about what happens in 20 years 🤷♀️😉
Nobody is going to be underwater. If they were the Obama's wouldn't spend $13 million on an oceanfront mansion.
Hurricanes are a different story.
