If creatinine is stable now, you don't need to worry. Tac level is ok. You just need to drink more and more water. Don't expect your creatinine to be under 1. Many patients have it more than 1.5 for lifetime and they live a normal life. If it goes higher than 2.20, go for biopsy. Otherwise more water intake will bring it somewhat more down.
