Ingredients:
Tamarind - lemon sized
Jaggery powder - 2 tbsp
Thick rice flakes - 2 cups
Oil - 4 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
White lentils - 1 tbsp
Chickpea lentils - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Rasam powder - 1/4 cup
Fresh grated coconut- 1/2 cup
Salt - 1.5 tsp
You get 3 cups of MIX, 1 cup is enough for a single person.
