Hypixel and Mojang haven't really been on the best terms since 2016, which has only been widened by hytale being a competitor to mc. In comparison, Noxcrew had been frequently promoted by mc prior to the collaboration.
The "A Minecraft Movie" releases in April, so there's no way they'd release a holiday cape for that. They could still be releasing two capes though, _hehe_
