- Forever My Girl tells the story of country music super-star Liam Page (Alex Roe) who left his bride, Josie (Jessica Rothe), at the altar choosing fame and fortune instead. This movie sends such a BAD message for women. Imagine being left at the altar HUMILIATED and preganant and your self absorbed bf is too busy being famous to even check his messages or check on the people he left behind.
And he gets to come back to what's familiar to him after meaningless nights with groupies because he wants to finally settle down after being a wh*ore and drugging up the roxkstar life? Nah he's ran through.
If anything Josie should be INSULTED that Liam feels like he could just come back to her anytime since she's not going anywhere and it's convenient for him.
