Its got a whole new back bone.
The neck and motor loop are stock. The rest is hand made from 1" .120 wall seamless chromoly steel tubing and 100% tig welded.
Quality fucking build man. She has a mean sound.

Beautiful! I'm workin' on one now; did you get to make that hardtail rear end from scratch, or were you able to adapt an existing hardtail??? I know this is an old post, but I'll keep fingers crossed and hope to hear back from ya.

I'm looking to hard tail my 85 vt500. I have the peanut tank. The only mod left is a hard tail and a single back bone. Do you make a kit or did you use someones kit. Please let me know. TY.

How were you able to mount that peanut tank on top of the shadow frame? I have a 85 vt750 i'd like to setup in a similar way.
