How do you know how many wraps for the winding on the coil? I just tore mine apart n I'm attempting to do this fir the first time. I always just bought a new one when it blew. But he'll why not try to fix it. It's a sony xs-gtx100lw single coil 10. 1200 max I think...maybe 1100. I don't remember n it's inside the house atm.
Can an Audiopipe 12in. Txx blue eye candy be re build? The dust cover sperated from the coil but the coil still works. Ppl say throw out but I can't. I got it passed down to me from my brother that has passed away. Trying to hear it thump again and bring back some memories of the good ol days. Audiopipe is the only brand I run and will never change up
