These are the 2 hour tactics that Trmz simply avoids :) You just can't do it right. Do you take vitamin D3 for your bone density? I could imagine that as a streamer you could have a deficit there. Strength training would be the other thing I could recommend to you to maintain bone density well into old age.
Yeah I’m seeing a rheumatologist and started on Calcium and Vitamin D. Also started going to the gym which I’ve surprisingly enjoyed, I used to hate lifting
That's great, keep at it 💪🏼 Also make sure you take vitamin k2 so that the calcium is transported to where it should go. In principle, I'm not a fan of supplements, sometimes they can be useful but with a good diet they are actually superfluous (except for d3)@@AmishZed
