You are the best! I'm in Texas, and I've always been fascinated with how Southwestern Asian's (Indian?) cultures are so proficient in gardening. What an incredible skill. I'm in awe at how easy it is for you, and your videos encourage my family to grow fresh produce. Thanks!

I got "Jurassic" spinach at the minute in the greenhouse. It sprouted big time and I'm enjoying it. Tastes so much better than the bagged stuff out the supermarket. Hopefully the weather holds up and it keeps growing!.

Great video! A COUPLE OF TIPS for the viewers: if you're like me and have trouble germinating spinach seeds when sown directly into the soil, plant them between wet paper towels in sealed plastic bags and keep the bags in the refrigerator or other cool place until they germinate, then sow them in the soil. Also, bottom-watering is less maintenance. Plant the seeds in grow bags filled with potting mix, put the bags in a large saucer or tub, and pour water into the saucer or tub so that it goes about two inches up the side of the grow bag. The water will wick into the soil through the sides of the grow bag (or fabric pot). You will water less frequently this way, and the water will first go to where it needs to go - the roots of the plants. :)

Wow, thanks this is what is was thinking as it will be impractical for office goers. I was also thinking if there is any system an Mobile app based from where you can monitor you plants remotely i.e. seeing the plants through IP camera and water them with the mobile application. You know I was just guessing

I kept the pot (an earthen vessel) indoors in a soil mix having 20% garden soil, 40% coco peat, 40% Vermi Compost. Had soaked the seeds overnight before sowing. (October month, Delhi region.) The seeds germinated in 3-4 days :)
Giving them 1.5 hours of morning sun now as the temperature is still around 35 degrees. Hope it goes well as it is my first time growing spinach :)

I haven't been able to source it locally so need an online platform or some other seller. 2) can herbs and veggies like tomatoes, brinjal, beans, coriander, spinach and methi be grown in soil less potting mix.
