I am planting Spinach for the first time this year, so I have been researching ways to do it. This is the best video I've seen so far! Thank you for sharing!
You are the best! I'm in Texas, and I've always been fascinated with how Southwestern Asian's (Indian?) cultures are so proficient in gardening. What an incredible skill. I'm in awe at how easy it is for you, and your videos encourage my family to grow fresh produce. Thanks!
I got "Jurassic" spinach at the minute in the greenhouse. It sprouted big time and I'm enjoying it. Tastes so much better than the bagged stuff out the supermarket. Hopefully the weather holds up and it keeps growing!.
Great video! A COUPLE OF TIPS for the viewers: if you're like me and have trouble germinating spinach seeds when sown directly into the soil, plant them between wet paper towels in sealed plastic bags and keep the bags in the refrigerator or other cool place until they germinate, then sow them in the soil. Also, bottom-watering is less maintenance. Plant the seeds in grow bags filled with potting mix, put the bags in a large saucer or tub, and pour water into the saucer or tub so that it goes about two inches up the side of the grow bag. The water will wick into the soil through the sides of the grow bag (or fabric pot). You will water less frequently this way, and the water will first go to where it needs to go - the roots of the plants. :)
Wow, thanks this is what is was thinking as it will be impractical for office goers. I was also thinking if there is any system an Mobile app based from where you can monitor you plants remotely i.e. seeing the plants through IP camera and water them with the mobile application. You know I was just guessing
I just subscribed because I found your instructions simple and easy to follow.
Thank you for going straight to the point with less talk.
I have to comment to say thank you for making the video short, ideal for people with short attention like me. Please continue doing so!
Your videos are incredible! Simple, to-the-point, and shows all the details necessary. I especially like that you show the growth progress and harvest method as well. Thank you for sharing!
it would be great to see an updated garden tour! Also, what growing zone are you in/ what is your growing climate like?
Thanks for your quick reply, sunlight is ok in my balcony .This may be due to wrong watering as u said.I watch your videos regularly, very informative and in detail.

Thanks for the video sir! I have a question.. do we have to add some compost after we sow the seeds or the compost+mud mixture that u used for the first time is enough?
I m planning on growing my own spinach, I m tired of buying everything.
I agree I’m tired of wasting money I would rather inf food by growing and harvesting it
Right, I have been harvesting spinach every week so delicious, organic and fresh! Try from just from 1 pot or any container, you won’t regret.
I hope you see this.. I am not using this video but a video you made that taught us how to plant seeds into a pot indoors. That video is being very helpful for me right now because of how it’s helping me for my science project! Which is for Earth Day!!
Thank you for teaching me!
Super helpful video, thank you!
Thank you for such a detailed video. I was able to get sprouting in 7 days.
I kept the pot (an earthen vessel) indoors in a soil mix having 20% garden soil, 40% coco peat, 40% Vermi Compost. Had soaked the seeds overnight before sowing. (October month, Delhi region.) The seeds germinated in 3-4 days :)
Giving them 1.5 hours of morning sun now as the temperature is still around 35 degrees. Hope it goes well as it is my first time growing spinach :)

thanks for the video, gives us clear understanding on the growth and on what to do after each harvest. However, how often should i change the complete soil? 4-5 harvest? Best wishes.
no need to change the soil ..just add 40% organic compost after removing the dead plants ....than u can plant new crop in it

Hi, I noticed a thin trunk towards the end of your video, did you plant your spinach with another plant im the same pot? Do you think its okay to grow spinach in a pot with a moringa tree? thank you
Thank you
your videos are really good and easy to follow
Hi, I have been following your videos for quite some time now. It's very informative and helpful. I though have a quick question here. 1) which platform to buy seeds from? I haven't been able to source it locally so need an online platform or some other seller. 2) can herbs and veggies like tomatoes, brinjal, beans, coriander, spinach and methi be grown in soil less potting mix.
U explained it so well let's try n see if we can grow like u
Thank you for your help from London.
