Parliament me ek judge hona chahiye, Jo ki kisi bhi mudde par agar dono partiya alag alag ray SE bahas kare toh woh judge nyay ke hisab SE apna nirnay sunaye. Then us PE chairman of r.s and speaker of lok sabha dono ki sahmati ho. Is tarah SE hum faltu ka vivad ya bahas tal sakte hai, aur parliament productive bana sakte hai ...
