This is my story pls it's long but try to read all. Tears are flowing from my eyes when l am listening about stoway issue like this, l took a ship called Caribbean Trailer from Dakar Senegal to Europe, this trip took me nine terrible days to duge Rotterdam ,l only survived with one green apple without water in each day, very unfortunately we could arrive earlier than that but the ship sailed to Cape Verde and Morocco, l suffered a lot we sailed from Dakar on 27th dec 1994 exmas day with my Jeans black jackets and small polythene bag containing 2kg of apples l hide myself inside container. That was my first trip by stoway l vomited for some decades and almost regreted of my adventure but God is great on 4th of jan 1995 10pm we saw the light of Netherland and later l found my way out it was winter time and it's wasn't easy for me in Rotterdam, l hustle a bit but due to document issue I came to Spain where I am living now as Opoo Wiafe Barcelona so l respect the ghetto guys but l advice them to quite from hard drugs l was a ghetto guy but l hate hard drugs l learn much experience from ghetto but don't fool yourself. 90% of the youth in Sekondi Tadi would rather stowaway than fly on a free visa and ticket. I was in my second year in KNUST when my senior brother paid for a cabin stowaway trip from Doula to Naples and I have never regretted. Though dangerous to embark on such a journey, we in Sekondi Tadi have two things in our minds, "thousand hustle one day survive and sea never dry". Some of the things he said are just the surface. Go to New Tadi, the hub of stowaway in Ghana and you will hear more than these.

When come to stowaways need experience u can’t just wake up and jump into ships 🚢 going to overseas u need someone else to lecture u how to survive inside the ship and second when lucky then arrives ur destination then immediately declared yourself to immigration and ask them to help you contact the United nation’s of high commission seeks asylum refugees or tortured claims in United Nations as ur life has been in danger back at ur country for ur own safe u prefer not to return to ur country at the moment until the change had been made back at my country before u can be able to returns to ur country and once you have been sign for United nation there’s no right for the authority to send u back to ur country until the investigation had completed before they will decide to send u back or give the UN status then can become citizens of that specific country and u can’t just stowaways after caught up with customs then start to telling them ur country is hardship and that’s why u decided to come here to find a life hell no h will be deported right away after the police or immigration interviews we African we don’t like to seeks any advice before doing something once we hear anything then just harry and jump into the ship start travel why u won’t be deported? Same as me I went through all kind of shit but here Am I now for 18 good years never throw stowaways I come here and now I got my paper and soon grab my permanent card glory be to god
