I attended the Level 1 Workshop on January 9, 2022. It was very informative and your way of teaching was excellent. I think that you made it very easy for all the participants to understand the objective and the content of the workshop. ராகம் தாளம் பல்லவி பற்றி கற்றுக் கொள்ளவே முடியாத நீண்ட பயணத்தின் ஊடே கிடைத்த மிகச்சிறிய நேரத்தில் திருமுறை கோவிலில் பாடும் ஓதுவார்களின் முற்றோதலில் பிடியதன் உருமுறை என்ற மிக முக்கிய பாடலை அவர்கள் பாணியிலேயே கற்று இறையை மகிழ்விக்க தமிழில் பாடிட வேண்டும் என்று இதே ராகத்தில் எல்லா திருமுறை திவ்யபிரபந்தம் திருப்புகழ் பாடல்களை பாடி வருகிறேன். இதுவே எனது பக்தி பாதையின் ஒரு பாகம். ஆனால் ஒருநாள் எனது சம்பாத்திய பாதையை என் நோய்கள் தடுத்து என் பாதை மாற்றியபோதுதான் இசை நோய்க்கு மருந்து என கண்டு கொண்டேன். இப்போதும் கோவிலில் மட்டுமே வீட்டு அறைகளில் மட்டுமே நின்றுவிட்ட எனது அறிவற்ற இசைபயணத்திலும் இறைவன் மகிழ்கிறார். நான் பாடும் ராகம் improvised ஸ்வரம், தாளம், கதி என்பதை இப்போதுதான் உங்கள் மூலமே உணருகிறேன். ஆனால் எவ்வாறு இந்த இம்ப்ரோவைஸ்ட் ராகத்தில் தொடர்ந்து எங்குமே எதிலுமே பாடி இருக்கிறேன் என்று இறைவனுக்கே தெரிந்த ரகசியம். அதுவும் வாசி தீரவே காசு நல்குவீர் என்ற திருவிக்குறளை இந்த இம்ப்ரோவைஸ்ட் பிடியதன் உரு உமை ராகத்தில் பாடுகிறேன் என்று எனக்கே தெரியாமல் பாடுகிறேன். எனது மைக் வாயஸ் என்பதும் தாளத்தோடு பாடுவதும் சுட்டுபோட்டாலும் வரவில்லை. எனவே பக்தி மட்டுமே இதனை சாதிக்க முடியும் என்பதை என் இறைவன் இறைவி எனக்கு தந்த வரம் அங்கீகாரம் ஆகும். அபிராமி அந்தாதி கூட சீர்காழி கோவிந்தராஜன் போன்று அழும் ராகத்தில் பாடாமல் இந்த பிடியதன் ராகத்தில் பாடி இறைவனுக்கு சொல்மா சாற்றும் அடியவன். உங்களுக்கு நன்றி பேராசிரியை ஆன பேராசிரியரே.
ஒரு குறிப்பு ; இதே மெட்டில் இளையராஜா அமைத்த இன்னுமோர் பாடல் ஒருவர் வாழும் ஆலயம் படத்தின் அதிகாலை நிலவே என்ற டூயட் பாட்டு ஆகும்.
