Jeremy Denzell Pedroso Good for you! You remind me of a little boy near where I stay who raids the pantry for seeds too. Mustard, fenugreek, cumin, coriander, fennel, ajwain, a whole variety of lentils, and a few of the healthiest from the batches of ginger, garlic, onions, potatoes, yams, fruit and berries, flax seed, wheat berry, rye berry, corn kernels of organic pop corn, sun flower from bird-seed, wild radish from our walks on trails, all kinds of edible and medicinal plants from hikes, the list is endless. Some grow well. Some peter out after a good start. He has even grown turmeric and cardamom. He does not bother too much about sun and soil requirements. According to him if they want to grow, they will grow anywhere, with just a small difference in flavour and size. As no money is spent, and he takes only a few of each kind to be not even worth a thought. there is no loss. he carries a back-pack with a few plastic bags to fill good soil from wherever he goes for walks. Clay from dry lake beds, silt and sand from streams, leaf compost from woods, crushed gravel from road digs. He also has a small patch he calls his “ Surprise Garden”. He scatters into it any and all seeds that he is reluctant to throw away, from orange pips to guava to watermelon seeds. As the seedlings sprout, he tries to identify them, and the healthy ones he plants in little paper cups and gives away. There is no place left in his garden, and now he has begun to eye his neighbours’ gardens from which to borrow space!

I can say I have learned almost everything I know from your channel, and my garden wouldn't have done so amazing this year if it weren't for your videos. Thank you!
I like this idea very much. My husband and I are elderly and crippled,(I use a wheelchair). When I was first starting to become crippled at our last apartment, I would sit in a chair on our patio and plant in pots.
