Oh, man, new MCR fans who actually listen to Bullets... I love you all. Bullets has been my favorite album for the last 7 years, though I love all the albums. Welcome to the family, chillins. We will embrace and then continue to kill some motherfuckin' zombies and vampires.
All the songs on Bullets are incredible, but my favorites are this song and Demolition Lovers. Man, I wish they would've played this more often live, the ending sounds remarkable, especially those high notes ! Too bad those people were chatting in the background :/
the official band canon says Frank only recorded on two songs on this album. But I honestly believe, from watching the in-studio footage, that Frank only WROTE for two of the songs, but recorded rhythm parts that Ray wrote for every other song.
4:05 that guy screaming the words killed me xD I had to replay the ending 'cause I was laughing too hard lmao. But omg, this version is just sooo perfect...even with the people talking, the fact that you can hear them individually really shows you how little people there were there, and it was still amazing. I'd love to have gone to a concert like this. (Minus Gerard being an addict.) And the ending where it was just the audience singing and then it goes quiet was beautiful; gave me shivers :)
gerard once said in an interview that there is a song they hate playing live cos it is too emotional and every time something effs up (drums are breaking, mics don't work etc). i believe he was talking about sunsets edit: ok i checked it up and he was talking about Drowning Lessons but Sunsets is one of they least favorite songs to play live
Its nights like these-where I sit and think of everything I've ever done wrong-when I'm glad that there is MCR and UA-cam. Thank you, uploader. And thank you, MCR.
Hoping against hope they'll rework this to play better live. I think they could do it now, especially since it's been a 20 years. Plus they've pulled out so many surprises from the back catalog already this year!
They did play Demolition Lovers(the whole song) live, I guess this was the only time they played it whole, here is is: ua-cam.com/video/PH0l4e3Etpo/v-deo.html
mcr was literally the first band I liked and Early Sunsets was my favorite song I looked for this song live FOR YEARS and never found anything and now listening to this performance I know why they don't play it anymore you can see the a lot pain in Gerald voice
@MrZachgonz yeah man, i'm a younger fan, my brother showed me them, and i feel so sad that i can never see these songs live because their so rare, the only one i've heard while i was at their concert was vampires.
I did an acoustic cover for Early Sunsets a few days ago and posted on my channel. Idk if the cover had something special on it, but it's just the start for something really personal and special for me. I know nobody will care for this comment, but if you did... thank you. ❤
The ending, when every one sang "there's a corpse in this bed"
It's was just.... unexplainable
right.

Why kill the vampires? I thought vampires will never hurt you
It's been 7 years since the reply, do you change your mind?
Listening to bullets is just a everyday thing now for me :)
early sunsets is my ALL TIME FAVORITE MCR SONG
Bullets is the shit. Favorite album for me too :)

@@inumaru4583You aren’t worth my bullets then :p
I started listening to MCR a year after they broke up and I'm like if only I had better taste in music earlier in life
I was listening to their music whilst they were a band, but I didn't admire them ;//
my friend was introducing me to them when they were still a band but i didnt really start listening until after they had broken up
I started listening to them many years after. Don’t feel so bad
The 2000's were so good for music god damn i miss that era
That face when they finally came back after you wishing for years that you listened to them earlier in life and your regrets disappear
WHY IS IT ONLY ON LIVE OR THE FUCKING STRING QUARTET BULLSHIT. THIS SONG FUCKING SAVED MY LIFE, IT DESERVES A PROPER VIDEO
They should have really played this song more often. Such an amazing song, and Gerard's voice in this is flawless.
Saw them first in 2006. Then 2008 and finally 2011 at their album release party in LA Sunset House of Blues.
I only ever got to see them once..back in 2005 when they opened up for Green Day...that was their Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge era of course.
Y'all are so lucky
Imagine getting to hear this song live. Always my fav from bullets
Never fails to make me cry. What I wouldn't give just to hear this live.
One of 2 songs on Bullets with Frank in it.
wait frank was not in most of the songs??
@@samanthamunera8219 he joined them when they were already recording the album. The other track he's on is Demolition Lovers iirc.

FortunateThreat yeah bullshit if they don’t play it at the reunion tour Istg it’s so underrated
Im surprised they never performed this song in any of their live concert...
My all time favorite band I heard their interview on Wsou 89.5 when I was like 8 never got to see them live

Why am I crying? ;-;
Dunno if you're still active after all these years, but as a longtime MCR fan I will cherish this upload. Thank you.
This guy isn't the person who recorded this. That credit goes to the UA-cam user spaceyraygun
@@ドラゴンボールセンター Thank you!
This is still one of my favourite songs of all time. Wishing everyone listening to this the absolute best 🥲❤️

This may be the only existing live recording of this song.
this song gives me the feels every time I hear it. it's amazing
man, this song always takes me back to being a highschooler during summer break, sitting till it's 5 AM.
I fucking love this song.
@chief69oo it IS about zombies. The song was written about the movie Dawn Of The Dead. And unless im mistaken, Dawn Of The Dead was about zombies..
this song was sung before i was even in the womb...i wish i was alive earlier.
Wait hold on a minute, this has existed this entire time?! I was so sure there wasn't a live version of this song , god I'm so dumb

God this is awesome. This is one of my favorite song
Estoy llorando qwq Sobre todo por "There´s a corpse in this bed..."

They did play Demolition Lovers(the whole song) live, I guess this was the only time they played it whole, here is is: ua-cam.com/video/PH0l4e3Etpo/v-deo.html
How can you comment on a live recording of the song that they've never played it live lmao
I want it. That's all I'm going to say
2019, I’m still playing and singing this fcking song.
This is more amazing than anything I have ever heard
Love this live version. Struggling to find a video live version of this song. Whether it be this live show or another. Anyone got a link?

I love this song....and I love MCR.....
Why there's just one live video of that amazing song?! D:
I wasnt even alive during bullets and three cheers and black parade, I missed out on sm I wish I was born just a few years sooner
the band member on the photo name for the people that are just killjoys.
Gerard Way
Matt Pelissier
Ray Toro
Mikey Way
Frank Iero
Matt was my favorite member. Too bad he left. He killed it on drums. Better than Bob, as much as that pains me to say.
Exactly I agree with Arizonaa' Barrett
If mar performed this live again, it would be amazing. Gerard way’s vocals have most definitely have become better in the last 20 years.
I can't believe they broke up , my favorite band growing up even though I was kinda of into rap
Its about zombies but still love it ...
@MissKilljoy16 And I can't believe I can't find a live video of this song!
@Hippiechick360 I heard that interview! Yea i want that to happen, except not the shooting in the head part lol

In the last try y finded a version with Britney in the end of the song O.O

where is this from?
real emo
This song is about a zombie apocalypse and the man shooting his grotesque, decaying girlfriend in the head.
thats got to be one of the most "emo" things you can have a song about
