The reason why this looks lip-synced is the same reason a lot of videos on here look lip-synced. during uploads youtube separates dat into two layers: Video and Audio, occasionally when they are put back together they don't match up as well as they originally did.

This guy has matured over the 30 yr mark in performance. His vocals have matured into some great baritones. Baritone anything is my favorite. I don't think they lip synced. I think whoever made the video took out the video's sound and replaced it with the recorded version.
