- This year’s travel theme was all about tennis, combining my love for both the sport and exploring new places. As part of my journey, I wanted to bring back a tangible souvenir from each destination. While attending the Mutua Madrid Open in Spain, I not only got to enjoy an incredible 1000-level tennis tournament, but I also treated myself to my first luxury bag!
Loewe, founded in Madrid in 1846, is one of the oldest and most prestigious luxury brands in the world. Known for its craftsmanship, Loewe specializes in high-quality leather goods and has a rich history rooted in artisanal techniques. Though often overlooked compared to other major luxury brands, Loewe’s bags are the epitome of sophistication, blending timeless designs with modern elegance. I'm glad you got the older style Puzzle instead of the edge. The edge is Loewe's version of cutting corners. Materials and craftsmanship are still amazing but not as amazing as the regular Puzzle.
Yeah. I hate that they’re doing it because it’s their classic, staple.
@@TravelingGayPandaI have mixed feelings. They still produce the original and the edge is till phenomenal quality so I guess it doesn't bother me as much as when other companies cut corners.

Well congratulations on your beautiful bag!! I have the small original Puzzle in grained leather in soft caramel - I’ve had it for about two years, it will soften over time and slouch, but if you want to try and help it maintain its shape, I recommend a bag organizer as well as stuffing it when you store it. Enjoy your bag and wear it in good health. 💕

This is the medium size which is great for travel but slightly too much space for just day to day chores so I have a small puzzle bag on my wishlist for this year! I canNOT rave about it enough!

If you like it to stay somewhat structured then you should keep it stuffed when not in use. I bought mine when they were 1st released in 2014 and it’s always stuffed, it still looks brand new 11 yrs later. I don’t store it in the dust bag bc I like the leather to breathe. I wipe it down every couple months with a leather cleaner/conditioner. I have a huge collection of luxury bags so I usually clean/condition them all on the same day. Good leather bags can last your lifetime if taken care of. The only items I do store in their dust bags are my Hermes pieces.

The medium size is great for traveling but it has an overabundance of space if I’m just walking around the city, so I think a small or even the mini would work great. I have a long ways to catch up to you but I’m putting a Picotin on my vision board for this year as my first Hermes bag. Fingers crossed! Cheers!

It's definitely going to slouch over time, but storing with paper stuffing will help. If you want to prolong its stiff shape I would not over stuff the bag physically and avoid adding excessive weight when using/remove any items when not in use. I personally wouldn't use a bag organizer as I find overtime they create unnatural stress points of wear particularly in bags that naturally slouch. One of the most common examples is you can start to see an outline of the bag organizer on the sides of bags. A lot of people swear by them, so it's very personal. I do think puzzle bags wear nicely and look lovely as they break in and slouch. I wouldn't worry too much about the outside leather, but do think the leather is light enough that dark wash jeans may cause color transfer. Overall, I'd just use it and enjoy it. Congratulations!

Hiii, does this mean they still have more stocks of the original puzze bag style? I’m planning to travel to Madrid next month and get the puzzle bag as a birthday gift. I’m glad I found your vlog because now I’ve got hope. Hahaha.
It might be slim pickings by that point. I bought this in the middle of 2024. The SA never said Loewe was discontinuing the original design but that they were shifting. So maybe they’ll have some left? I’m going again in April, hoping to get a second puzzle bag in a smaller size! You’ll have to let me know what they have in stock when you go! Good luck!

When I choose a bag I always look for practicality, it needs to match the majority of my wardrobe and be able to hold my essentials, and the kislux delivers just that.
My sister is married to a rich guy and he gives her whatever she wants so she buys "designer bags and jewellery" but little does he know that everything she has is a fake. She puts that money on the side for probably a rainy day. True story kislux
I was tempted because my friend is black and she is often asked if her bag is fake. People just immediately assume they are. Even though I'm white, I still get people asking me if my bag is real. So I thought why should I spend so much money on these bags? So in the end I chose to buy it at kislux . Even if it is not the original, some replicas can have special emotional value because they are connected to specific memories
