Paltan Bazar to KV Khanapara is via Dispur Only.. it will be around 10km within the city...
Via City Bus it will take around 45 mins...u can book an auto/car it will cost around 250 Rs and in 30min u will be at Kv

True developed Indian city always buisisest
People have made this otherwise beautiful city a large dustbin...paan-gutkha stains and pikks,packets,litterings everywhere...and the government instead of making strict rules for cleanliness is doing nothing...He who spits paan-gutkha and litters should be punished in public making him clean before imposing heavy fines on him...
