Aap ko apna stool soft rakhna bahut important hai, isiliye roj sirf fiber rich diet lo, jaise ki fruits and green vegetables, paani jayada piyo aur ho sake utna physically active raho. Stool hard banne mat do, agar aapka stool lambe samay tak soft rahega toh aapki fissure ki problem dhire dhire khatam ho jayegi
