Museveni promises to give Arua city status

President Museveni says Arua town will get a a city status.He made the pledge at one of his rallies in Arua district, in West Nile where he took his campaign for re-election for a fifth term in office since the 14th . The President said corrupt individuals had derailed the construction of roads and the Health sector in the district.The President was joined in his campaigns by the UPC Kole Woman MP,Ruth Acheng.
