Hello sir, have you seen a young lady walk by , she is slender and dark haired, I doubt. That she spoke with you, she is very fluent in English, tell her that I miss her, I still have her necklace , and will try and catch up when I get things right here.

Oh your voice is so clear it’s a real pleasure when I listen you I think I’m good in English but when I’m go at airport or on plane sometime I understand nothing when border police or flight attendant speak to me…personally I stay on my seat when we landing

Thanks again. 2 comments. 1) Ten years ago I've had trip to Scotland. One man was sitting next to me tried to talk with me, but I had to pretend that I want to sleep, because my English was zero that time. This year I went to Scotland again and really wanted to talk to my neighbour but he wasn't t talkative :). 2) I don't understand people who try to visit the toilet before landing, like this is the last bathroom of their lives. ))

Thank you Mark, great lesson, I think the best option when getting sick and ask for a sick bag is to through you from the window, no one wants to smell the bad smell of puck, anyway I hate really really when there are young children (babies) and start to cry most of the trip and their parents do nothing.

I am very glad you brought that up at 8:09... because sometimes neighboring passengers may ask that question and it is not quite understandable and sometimes folks may be a bit shy to ask *What do you mean by that? or I didn't understand your question* This is glad received my good sir... Thank you Teacher Mark for sharing this and sharing about your awkward experience when you were on a plane. I don't remember that I have an awkward experience before but some of my friends were experienced those awkward moments on a plane like mom with crying baby sitting next to them and they couldn't even sleep for the whole night and I think it is really uncomfortable situation that for me if I will experience that same thing situation.

I had annoying situation when the kid behind me keep on kicking my seat during the flight.,..and the parents just silence...like nothing happen....

Recently , I was on a flight to Vancouver with my 6 year old son. As we had an early flight to catch , so my little one was really cranky and he wanted to take a nap in the flight . My son was sitting between me and a fellow passenger. Since he wanted to lie down to sleep , he started crying and asked the fellow passenger to move to some other seat . So , I was really embarrassed . However , our fellow passenger was a gentleman, he calmly got up and asked the air hostess to allot him a separate seat .

Be careful with that "chilly" word, it may sound like "shitty" as one time, it happens to me. When I was an adolescent, I was working at Pizza Hut and the kitchen was really cold, so, I just walked to the front of the store and asked my boss: "Hey Kenny, how come is so chilly back there?" The place was packed with customers; so, my boss turned around and asked me, "Hey Martin what is wrong with you" So, I just gave him this weird look, like what are you talking about? I came back to the kitchen and he came after me and asked me why I was saying such a nasty word. I didn't know what he was saying, but one of the girls who had heard me too said he said chilly, but it sounded as if he were saying shitty, Then, we all started laughing about it. I have to let you know that my boss was from North Dakota, so his accent was different. See, you have to be careful when using this word.

great lesson and really enjoyable. when this lesson got ended, i dint even know until you asked quiz. I've never confronted an embarrassing situation during the flight except a long line of people male and female both in front of lavatory and waiting for the person to come out and they could go inside. keeping this scenario in view, i always take less quantity of liquid so that i may not have to go to bathroom at the time when lot of passengers are there and i am also feeling emergency to go there.
Here's the strangest thing that happened to me. It was on a flight between London and Boston and halfway through the flight all passengers farted at the same time. there was a loud bang and a horrible smell, so much so that the stewardess had to open the doors. As a result we were all sucked out of the plane and fell into an island. We were rescued twenty days later. From that day on I'v always refused to fly on a plane where they serve beans.
Nice one! Well, it's kind of weird situation when you stay silent not talking to the person sits next to you for hours....haha!
