Btw a good tip is that guns with 37dmg or more are 3 shot body shot on 110 opponents. Keeping this in mind will make sure you know when to take extended barrel and when it's a waste of time. Also, I respect your hyper accountability. If you do not win in solo queue then it's your fault. If you do not kill 5 people every round then you didn't do as well as you should have. It's a great mindset for improving and winning.

@@notjeremy4771you don’t have to ace every round… but you have to imagine that YOU CAN. the idea that you can do more pushes you to improve. otherwise you give up and accept your losses without learning what to do in those high stress situations.
if extended barrel was the old 15% damage increase instead of the 12% it’s been nerfed to then I’d agree but it’s mostly useless now not worth taking over a recoil attachment or even suppressor imo

@@SINOOS-R6 oh for sure! I played this game heavily when it first came out. Took a big break bc my squad fell out. And then recently bought a PC and have loved it every since.
Pretty much the realest piece of advice I heard about soloQ is you have to treat it like a 1v5 or in rare circumstances a 1v9 because your random teammates DO work against you sometimes.
This is awesome! You are the best with breaking down what you need to do give yourself the best chance of winning!
I'm a pretty casual player but when I am forced into clutch situations I feel like I play better from learning from strategic players like you, Macie Jay, alyttleton

I don’t play a bunch of ranked because I mainly play solo. However of late I’ve won my last 7 straight and 9 out 10 games all solo in ranked. Personally o chalk it up to that you can never rely on your teammates. Whether that’s communication or team composition. So for me what’s huge is unless your absolutely frying the other team personally I fill whatever my teammates don’t whether that’s HB flank watch anti breach etc and playing with dumb confidence
After watching a lot of ur Vids I got from being stuck in copper to gold 3 with a 1.4 Kd in under 2 weeks

honestly just trying to get my level headed mindset back is my biggest struggle
every death the only thing that would come out of my mouth is "ok" and now i rage like an absolute idiot
every death should be "why did i die there?" "what can i do to not die next time?"
I appreciate the admittance of bad aim moments as im not naturally an fps player and aim has been my biggest struggle since day 1 its nice to know that im not the only person that whiffs a shot occasionally as it always seems like the enemy team are living aimbot.
There is a couple of things that I wish you had went over in this video. 1. You mentioned “pick the right operator in the right situation”, how do I know what the right situation would be and which operator to pick. 2. You said “hold tight angles” when I do that the enemies still manage to see me and kill me before I see and kill them. 3. You mentioned “play maps you don’t like”, I don’t play the maps I don’t like because I don’t know the locations, you mentioned geisha in this video, I don’t know where geisha is in sky scraper. Also I watch people play siege and they’ll sometimes call out, “enemy in connector” what is a connector and where is it. Me personally I feel like there was more left out in this video that was helpful. Don’t get me wrong the video helps somewhat but I just feel like it isn’t the most helpful in the eyes of some one who doesn’t know the locations/callouts for the maps.
Good points and you are right. To me it feels like you are kinda new to the game cause you should know what map and site, what operator is the right pick and can be annoying. This comes from experience. Tight angles: you gotta react quick or get cover after a few shots. I also die when I'm holding tight angles it's not only you. For the maps you don't know, JUST get into custom game or map tour guide and learn the maps. There is no excuse anymore for not knowing the rooms and locations and callouts.
And connector is like a room connecting 2 important rooms. It's not in all maps but there are few locations. Search for map callouts on youtube
I’m very good at playing with just pings. I’m use to it because majority of players don’t use mics when I solo queue. And when they do use mics, they’re trolling hard and I mute them anyways.

great advice, the thing i've struggled with siege for years, is learning the maps. It's the reason I stop playing for long stretches, eventually returning, but no matter how many times I play a map, remembering what's on the other side of every wall, what windows are which inside to outside, and vice versa, the things you absolutely have to know, I just cannot get to stick in my head. I don't have this problem with other games, I am usually good at map knowledge, but siege is so wildly different that my brain just never adjusts to the multi dimensions of the map you need to learn. Any tips on really training yourself on map details?
Get into T hunts on different maps. Or get into custom game. Just walk around or run around
As a year 2 player to he honest you just really learn overtime as you play I never went around necessarily learning spots I just ended up learnjjg
When the game wants you to win, you get good teammates. When the game wants you to lose, you get bad teammates. Its called skill based matchmaking and they do it to keep your W/L at 1.0; theres been a patent on sbmm leaked a while back..

@@zGoldenHawk To keep people who arent good on the game. If they ran into sweats too much they would quit = no money. Key is to not take ranked seriously cuz itll fuck you over if you dont have a full squad

Even if I play well in ranked on concise my teammates play terrible and when my teammates do well I do garbage, keep going up down the same 2 ranks 🙁I need better map awareness.
Well that's something you have to work on. Just focus on your performance all the time. Don't care if they do bad or you lose 1 game or even 10 games. You just focus on getting better

You just stay behind them for refrags. If you can't open the wall, no worries. Just use ACE gun for getting kills
