To fix the mid corner understeer change the following : Torque diff front & rear - 5 torque diff basically dictates how much mid corner rotation you want your car to have, if your are understeering you want to lower the number. If your are oversteering mid corner make the number higher. 0.08 - 0.10 toe in front & rear- works well with awd cars, toe in makes your front wheels grip better mid corner creating more rotation at the expense of brake stability Then to fix the brake stability increase the front and rear brake differential in the range of 30 - 40.
The way you look at the apex of a corner in VR really reminds of the cockpit view in need for speed shift 2, that game had the most intense feel of speed and every car sounded like it was begging for the sweet release of death at the redline

As an owner of top tier PC, I am seeing myself as a clown more often than not with devices like Steam Deck, PS5 (I own both)/Xbox etc. It’s just a reminder for me that all this advertising bull**** about power and top tie graphics on PC is just yapping from suits who piss in your ears to get your money. But once you get there, you realize you could pay a fortune less, and get just slightly worse performance. And the main part, still be happy af! And the reason behind it called OPTIMIZATION. I am so done with scammers from Nvidia and others, that I am looking to buy a PS3/Xbox 360 and a dozen of discs just to jump back in time for a while, when everything was about passion and when I didn’t give a sh*t about resolutions, fps, f*ckmyass and other corpo useless and absolutely meaningless cr*p. Enjoy gaming in any form that makes you happy, folks. And stop comparing your setup to others. It has nothing to do with real gaming as a pastime. Peace ✌️
Assetto is overrated and to get it looking anywhere hear as good as GT7 you need a $1,000+ PC and way too many mods for it to be worth the time, and at the end of the day the sound and physics are very sub par.
I want to start a “Tokyo Highway Battle” Recreation in GT7- Can use any manufacturer & any car/truck. Drag Racing - Tunnel Runs from a Dig - heads up. Then also Roll Racing - any MPH starting speed that drivers can both agree on. Then I also want to do Touge style races- Two rounds - 3rd round for tiebreaker. In the original Genki made Tokyo Highway Battle/Zero - Import Tuner games. The cars had a life bar similar to a fighting game like Mortal Kombat. I was thinking maybe we can do a point to point race - First to cross the finish. Wins. I wish they recreated and released Tokyo Highway Battle type of game - on PS4-5 & even Xbox. If they can make the graphics and sounds etc. it would be an insanely successful game in my opinion.
Basically every AWD car needs the diff braking sensitivity maxed out to stop the awful entry oversteer. A 60/40 weight split with stiffer springs in the back isn't helping either.

But assetto on the pc is probably the best car game in existence.
