I am a chemical engineer and I have to mention your knowledge and delivery is amazing. Even though the topic is complicated you have done total justice in presenting it in lay man language.
Hi Tanya Avhad .. how do you find Chemical Engineering with respect to job .. Which industry do you work with
@@kkww5034 Hey after pursuing chemical engineering job opportunities can be divided in two
1. Core- So you can work in production, process, designing, project management
2. Non core- sales, marketing, data analysis(market research)
You may also do some courses on softwares and work in the operation management roles.
And lastly with a masters u can Mtech you can teach or work in R&D
MBA- If management role is you seek
MS- If you are looking for opportunities overseas.
Hi Tanya can we be friends and connect in social media ,as I wanna know more about non core, can you please send me your details how I can reach you..
I am also a chemical engineer
I opened UA-cam to actually know how it is made... And without searching found this video.

Your videos are much more better than any other UA-cam channel.Still I don't know why this channel is so underrated. It shows that we people run behind useless things rather than qualitative ones.

Nothing can be so precise than this video. You brilliantly explained the entire process within 5 mins which our professors could never make it easy to understand back in time 😅
You almost got it right. The small tanks store high pressure O2 gas. To transport liquid O2 in the larger tanks are held at zero psi to 15 psi. To unload a transport bulker the liquid O2 tank pressure can be adjusted up to 80 psi. A boost pump (on the trailer or on site) can be used to off load to about 400 psi. This because the backup storage tanks at a paper mill are set at about 235 psi. A paper mill will have an O2 plant on site. Paper mills use vast amounts of O2. Stuff brakes that's why the backup tanks. Hospital tanks are set at about 30 psi so a boost pump would not be needed.
Hospital bulk tanks sit around 120psi. Then go through vaporizers and gets regulated around 50-60psi.
What would happen in case there is a leak or someone ( unintentionally/accidentally ) drops it and it comes in touch with air . What if there is some combustible material around.
What if someone used a cigarette lighter when it was leaking.
What or how is the oxygen purity tested ( I mean - I can imagine holding a match stick and see if it lights up green or red ) that apart - is there a oxygen sensor ? that tells that this is 98% pure or unadulterated.
It's just wowwwww.Thanks a lot for sharing..

-273.15C , -270C has been reached by us. Whoever reaches absolute zero can do godly things.

Read thermodynamics
No one can reach absolute zero...
One cannot do godly things at absolute zero because there's no entropy, one would seize to exist

May "Kangana Ranaut" see this video & atleast try to understand what is Liquid Oxygen..... as She is recommending Planting trees for Oxygen shortage of COVID Patients🙏
She might be right unknowingly!
Where from oxygen separated in a Oxygen plant?
from Air.
Where from Oxygen gets into Air?
From Trees!
@@ravindradaundkar9905 itna nhi soacha hoga usne 😆
Not kangna you should watch it properly. I think you don't know the source of oxygen.
I don't know that ki logo ka common sense itna gajab hota h ki they aren't aware with the fact ki oxygen is the component of air which we are breathing
And most of the extraction units work on the basic principles of oxygen extraction from the air surrounding us
Shyd aapko ye nhi pta h ki 🌳 are the main responsible factor in the nature for the transversion reaction of co2 to o2
This is the major reason ki urban cities m oxygen extraction plant lagana logo ko kyu costly padta h because of poor air quality index
This poor AQI is responsible for overburden on the compressor pumps and that leads to reduce efficiency of the extraction unit
Hope so agar ye read karo aap to Ek plant agli bar jaroor laga dijiyega 🙏
First your mom see first let her get understand fully before use😂
