Cat! Duck here. Your asking the wrong questions. The question you should ask developers is whether or not this behemoth is needed for rally joiners. Does it have some amplification bonus for having more than 1 behemoth mk zero in the rally? 🦆 if not, then I’ll keep mine at baseline zero 😂. Also, it seems like a paid version of the standard research building aka development, economy, and battle. So, why not make it free like regular research building? 😅
also this is not gen 3 , i think this is more like a beginner behemoth as it is called mk0 rather than mk3. it just gives you some buffs even outside of combat that's why it is placed in " companion" not combat because you can't take it in combat

The behemoth companion shows, if you use default march, it won’t show if you use march skins.

Not spending. Joiners fare better by providing a selected strong zoo to the rally, not many weak beasts.
