thats why translators suck. if you're fighting in the uf work on some English the fans will like you more. even though this transltor is ok its never perfect
@@weilam03 he conveys the crux of the matter on the go (which is a priority for real-time translations) very well and wraps it nicely, and he is quite precise most of the time.
I think he is the best Russian translator in UFC.
@@lo0k3r yea its a tough job. im not dissing translators its just obvious there some barriers. its already tough enough to say what you feel then imagine having it translated to another language by someone else. imagine if Connor couldnt sprak English and had to speak through a translator, hed probably lose half his fans

Russian translator, who overall did a great job of translating, forgot to translate this part, at the very end of Alex's interview.
He translated the first part of this sentence but dropped the second half:
2:02 - "Не хочу никого вызывать ПОТОМУ ЧТО ХОЧУ ПОДРАТЬСЯ С КАЖДЫМ, КТО ВЫШЕ МЕНЯ В РЕЙТИНГЕ."
Literally "Don't want nobody/no one to call out BECAUSE I WANT TO FIGHT EVERYONE, WHO IS HIGHER THAN ME IN RATING"
Normal "Don't want to call out anyone BECAUSE I WANT TO FIGHT EVERYONE, WHO RANKED HIGHER THAN ME."
or "Don't want to call out anyone BECAUSE I WANT TO FIGHT EACH ONE WHO IS RANKED HIGHER THAN ME."

Before they announced the winner you see Volkov speaking English to DC. And then on the microphone hè doesn't has the balls to speak English on camera. These foreign fighters really need to understand that they handcuff their career by not speaking English. You can be so much popular make so much money to if you speak English. I mean look at Khabib, islam, paulo costa,... Even Paulo now that he speaks English and does these funny videos is become very popular. It's really a shame that some fighter still don't speak English, and for shure when they actually are capable
This is absurdly strange. Last time Volkov fought, he spoke English ALL FIGHT WEEK, including during the octagon interview and post-fight media interviews. Then, in this event, he decided not to speak English at all. This is a shame, because his English was getting better.

@@minteherms6784 Pavlovich barely speaks any English. Volkov does, on the other hand. His English wasn't necessarily perfect, but it was getting better and better. Like I said, during all fight week against Jairzinho, he never used a translator. It's a shame he's giving up on improving his English. He was making so much more fans.
