The audience singing along is actually the audience singing along. They are called 'fanchants' which are parts of the lyrics or phrases/words that are preselected for the audience to sing/chant and they are always in unison. It's pretty cool.

I think this song highlight the strength of BTS not only they have a good vocalist but with 3 capable rappers what seems to be a repetitive song transform and has more colour. Unfortunately not every rappers (kpop or non kpop) can be flexible and rap on every genre of music, its something to think about actually and yes before every release, BTS will arrange a portion where during live performance ARMY can sing along so its like an interactive concept that makes the fans be part of the song, it makes the song more meaningful
Not just capable the rap line is the best in kpop
When Suga was rapping, Jungkook, the main vocalist of BTS, was simultaneously rapping along with him too (i mean it was live) . Actually, if you watch Jungkook's focus cam for Make It Right, you can see that he's singing and rapping along with most of them.

Hi guys! Really enjoyed this reaction too. I don't know if anyone said but Ed Sheeran sent this to them. He said that he really liked their previous album so he wrote this with them in mind. I heard that BTW originally planned to change the "Make it right" to Korean and he asked them to please keep it as is. Also they had planned for it to be a vocal line song but he asked if it could be a group song with all members and to try for a " Spring Day " vibe. Pretty cool huh! Thanks again!

yes Army're crazy... BTS dropped Love Yourself : Tear(title : Fake Love) in May 18th and then they performed Fake Love in BBMA in May 20th... But Army knew the song and they sang along in the audience.... kkkkk

It was the audience singing with them...but it is not on the actual recording...now I dont know if you guys know this...but besides R.M. and Suga...Ed Sheeran wrote this song...this was their collab with him...and no they never said he was going to sing with them...but they wrote a song together....in a way that is why it is so mellow, as u put it....
Thanks! Right now I like this one is best! I agreed quite a lot with you. It is smooth with right amount edge but when you listen to whole album it is like you are soul searching & learning who you are with them in their song. Just that Dionysus sounds bit rough to my ears but when I look at the lyrics it seems they are singing about their creative chaos & pain, so It’s sound fit to a lyrics but still a song sound rough compared to their previous songs for me.
