In all honestly, though, this was a great execution of an incredibly-obvious-in-hindsight plot twist. Especially given the fake-out with Gallagher, the least suspicious person in the cast so far, seemingly being revealed as the mastermind in the last patch while Sunday seemingly was completely out of the loop - and even after Gallagher was revealed to have been an ally the whole time, there was still a brief moment when it looked like Sunday genuinely had no idea what was really going on and was only interested in getting Robin back. And Welt’s observation is such a great moment of realization too, because he’s right, it _is_ kind of weird that those who supposedly worship an Aeon of harmony and peace would have the power to basically torture people at will, like Sunday did with Aventurine…unless that’s not the Aeon they worship at all. It’s something you wouldn’t even think to question until someone specifically calls attention to it, which is the best kind of twist.
Why someone under aeon of harmony would torture someone else at will?

The flashbacks about Sunday's past gave a hint that even at a young age him and Robin don't exactly agree on most things and as him and Robin walked across Penacony, the divide between them showed further their difference in beliefs. This unveil more or less showed how much the siblings have deviated from one another as Robin despite being a child of Order had fully devoted and became a follower of Harmony, Sunday remained a follower of Order as he overtime grew disillusioned with Harmony and what it represents. Welt took notice of certain aspects that are not a part of Harmony during Sunday's questioning of the Dreammaster blew their true allegiance and forced their hand. I think Robin finding out the reason for her lost voice was partly because of her brother hurt her more than when she got shot in the neck.

Eh, I Always liked him... I knew he wasn't trustworthy at all, but come on, he was robin's brother! Their brother and sister relationship was such a cute and wholesome thing to see, and it's a shame he won't be willing to help us in the end, even though his sister vowed to not sing against something that's keeping her from having free choices.
Ruan Mei didn't clone the AEON but instead the Emanator of Propagation and it's a clone, not resurrection.

The Propagation themselves didn't have an Aeon right away, they kinda just started to replicate and replicate and replicate unt il an ultimate lifeform came from it all, at least that was what I got from their Lore, there was alot of the word ''breeding'' in the codex from Herta, and it's quite ironic they used soo many vulgar words, but they still censor Boothill's swearwords.

In the epilogue it said that Sunday and Robin are twin children of Ena but only one will stay following the path. Does it means Sunday is a kind of Emanator or their subordinates? And is Robin an Emanator of Harmony since her action makes Xipe open her eyes?
Sunday is also an emanator of Harmony. Dominicus, one of Harmony’s four emanators. though I think Dominicus is originally Ena’s emanator

Penacony started becoming more like the Order rather than the Harmony, Robin's singing is powered by the Harmony that's why when she returned to Penacony for the Charmony Festival (she's on tour a lot so she is rarely on the planet) she suddenly lost her singing which made her one of the first people to realize something was wrong
The question is in the future after 2.2

he's not going to get a banner, check out the epilogue by the mysterious voice (probably Elio) which says that the siblings are going to be eternally separated. Sunday is going to space jail for the grevious amount of absolute heresy he was doing
The harmony is a utopian while order is a dystopian his good intentions really pave the road to hell
