This is the one I could relate to the most. I also found that when in my solitude and clear headed I touched apon memories filled with unresolved emotions. A upwell of tears flowed, I know there is a lake waiting to flow the more I reminisce. I'm on the simlar journey. 🖖
Yeah bro when u look deep into ur own past ya hafta go all the way with it.. it can be very traumatic at first because we tend to bury all the stuff that hurt...best of luck on ur journey pal🙏
It looks like you are having a lovely time on holiday away.. Good for you.. you do so much for other people enjoy yourself you are one of the favourite people that I follow now because your are kindhearted..
Hi Paul, I really enjoyed listening to your interview today on RTE1 - Your story will definitely help people to clean up their lives - Well done to you and all the best for the future, Ed
You're a good kind man that goes out of his way to highlight the situations of different homeless people one I wish to bring to your attention is that Josh he was sleeping by the canal in a tent of some type and you helped him. would seem to have picked himself up and a nice person gave him a home and a job taken him in and got involved into the local church and was made welcome and friends in their Neighbourhood and life fully picked him up for it you've done so much to help homeless people in your own way I think it's marvellous I'm really proud of you... For what you do helping the homeless God bless you... Keep an eye on Josh and make sure he's alright he's a nice guy
Hi Paul, Great to hear from you I want to say that I come from the same place as you Please don’t say you are selfish, you are you and your life was your life to live your way, I am writing my own life story and I am years into it, It dragged up so much pain and hurt and it drove me back to using drugs to cope so I never got to finish my book because I am not finished and my book will never finish until I am gone and I hope that my two daughters will publish my book in remembrance of my life and hopefully it will help generations. I wish you the very best of luck and I believe that you will finish your book and it will be a best seller and maybe the authorities in Ireland will take up a copy of your book and use it to guild and train addiction counsellors
So honest. You have to forgive yourself paudie what's done is done. So begin to enjoy the rest of your life you are looking very well. Lovely video. Thank 😊♥️💚🇮🇪

Writing authentically as a means of expressing ourselves is beyond dificult, its heart rending & heartbreaking all over again, it means delving back into places we may have thought we had escaped, & Ive given up being able to do it. It looks as though you are discovering the savage loneliness of trying to comprehend it all & trying to make it linear & palatable for an audience.
