The needs to be capital. I'm refering to the one after Stupid friend as there is Exclamation mark there, its same as full stop.

Sir, in fifth line, we used capital letter after comma, but in last line we didnt use capital letter after comma.
What is the reason behind this?

I think in the first line, the full stop must be with "barnyard" not with "one evening" as in one evening the writer is actually trying to elaborate that in one evening this incident happened
