Technique for remembering dreams

  • This meditation is designed to remember and connect with our dreams. Dreams are usually forgotten as soon as we wake up and even though we rarely pay attention to them, they are full of symbolic content. Symbols are the favorite language of the subconscious and when sleeping, the doors of this dream world open, which during the day are limited by our conscious mind. This meditation is associated with the path of the Hebrew letter Qoph. The letter Qoph represents a state of consciousness that governs the nape of the neck, the base of our head where the base of the brain connects with the spine. The medulla oblongata and the cerebellum are located there. The cells in this part are awake while much of our body sleeps. This part of the body since ancient times has been related to the transformation of the physical body while we sleep, assimilating the experiences lived during the day. During deep sleep, personal consciousness unites with the true I Am and for this reason it is important to learn how to connect with the world of dreams and to open ourselves to the symbolic content that connects us with the soul. It is recommended to put this meditation right before sleeping and even fall asleep while it is still playing.
