Everybody has been waiting for me to upload some Jack-8 footage so I finally got around to using him in ranked. It seems that he has a lot of potential with his new Gamma Howl stance and the more I played around in Ranked Battle with it the stronger it seemed. See for yourself!
Honestly would love if you did like a small guide on how to use some of these new tools JACK-8 got.

@@KarlKognitivnot necessarily… if someone is going off that’s also a valid way of using “showing how to…”. Pay attention to what you’re watching and it makes sense.

Anakin makes top players look like scrubs. This is ridiculous. Tekken is kinda like the “game of chess” of our generation and Anakin is constantly at the top.

Kinda like chess if there would be chess piece that forces a mixup and regardless of the result your at an advantage 😂
Jack 8 is so sick in this game. Plus I get to flex on my opponents all day.

The game optimization is straight ass right now TBH so I don’t blame the Leroy. I get tons of stuttering even with a 5800X and 3060ti on lowest settings
Edit- just saw that you and your opponent both stutter at 6:10 after the round ends. That’s what I’m referring to, not literal game freezing

Little help guys? First tekken game. Is default pad ok to play in the long term or do I gotta change some buttons around in settings?

I changed the 1+2 into L2 and Ki charge to L3 and it made my life easier after fumbling matches since Tekken 6.
Change the layout to whatever you like, it experiment first to see what fits better to your style of play
@@Nygassso yeah you hit the nail on the head with that input 1+2. Literally why I asked because it seems awkward on pad. But ima play more and see cuz today's my first day.
Tekken is pretty balanced around anything you want to use. I swear by a stick for all fighting games, but Tekken works just fine if not better on a pad.
You get used to the weird 1+2 inputs. What you don't get used to is 1+3.
@@jays.6843 perfect. Also good to know that pad is fine. I was worried. I've played SF, GG, DBFZ, MVC, and none made me second guess my controls and controller like this lol. Except for smash that's different.

Where do they usually play? PS5 or Steam? Im an old time Tekken player that wants to be back playing this lol
I think most of the pros and content creators play PS5, but go with what is most convenient for you. I play via Steam, but T8 has crossplay between consoles and PC so there is no problem with getting matches in both ranked and unranked.

@@acidphoenix9110 much easier on keyboard, ive yet to do it twice in a row on controller but can do like 15 on keyboard.
