My body is shaking and rocking so strongly these days when I enter mediation. I trust the intelligence of this body and what silence causes it to do. Yet it's not so easy to not be identified with this intensity going on........ 😵
Just listened again. Holy Freakin Mackerel! "The mind will do everything it can to send you to Hell". For anyone dealing with intense chronic "physical" pain, this is just another way it attempts to divert Awareness into false identification with, and as, a "finity.
This is such a wonderful meditation. It’s such a pity that I get interrupted over and over by announcements. I wonder if that’s only happening to me? Blessings to all 🙏🏻
