- Conquering the quilting on a Wedding Ring Quilt. Adam and Kelley will show you different ways to tackle quilting a wedding ring quilt. From the perfectionist way (ADAM) to the not perfectionist way (Kelley). We will be using a design collection from ProStitcher.com called the Spring Wedding. We will be using the MARK feature for stitch in the ditch, and other great features under the modify tab on the Pro-Stitcher tablet. We will put the fun in quilting wedding ring quilts!
I surely wish there was a video for each and every component of the Pro Stitcher software. This was fantastic to watch.
Thanks Adam.. always love your teaching style 😎 Learned so much from all of you..
Great job on this learning video. Thank you Jacob for the video magic! I am looking forward to the next session.
Wow, I learned so much watching this video and appreciate seeing both styles and how pro-stitcher is so versatile and can be used many different ways!
Where can you get the panel? I learn something new every time I watch.😊
MSQC has this panel. 😊
So helpful. Starting to quilt my first DWR with PS. Answered so many questions. But I have one more...How did Kelley determine the size to resize the melon design so that they would fit so well into the melon shapes? Scared to try this without a multipoint area marked.
Adam, just what do you have in that drink
Kelly, may I ask if your panels were cut correctly to piece into a quilt top? I ordered 4 yards and instead of cutting between the rings, they cut it so there was one inch extra on one end, and one inch short on the other! In other words, they cut off one row of rings, which is ridiculous, bc 3 rows of rings equals one yard exactly!
I wanted to piece (2) two-yard sections together along the selvedges. I also noticed one selvedge had a little extra room outside the rings, and the other selvedge the design ran off the selvedge so it seems no matter how you try to piece it together, it won’t come out right.
Did you run into any of these issues, and if so, how did you handle it?
Thank you.
