I remember way back in early 06' when I had just turned seventeen, being the first Race Leader on the Water server on a character named Corden. I remember people wanted to take screenshots standing next to my character. It was completely unreal to me. I stayed up over fifty hours without sleeping to pull it off. I remember it would hurt when I breathed, and those dark circles took days to go away. Looking back, in all of the years before and since then, those few Days as Race leader are both my proudest and most shameful gaming memories. I'm proud that I put so much effort into something; I'm ashamed that I almost killed myself over a video game. Either way, no regrets.

i know this is not the first mmo focused on three faction's pvp, but for me this is the best PVP based mmo ever. During the first open beta i remember using my lv 45 striker accretia to farm bellato and cora in their base just for fun many hours almost everyday. Eventually that made me a bit famous in other factions. All of those crazy politics, chip war, etc really make the game enjoyable. RF chip war and Ragnarok War of emperium are probably the best PVP event in mmo.

The backstory to this video used to be on the Codemasters site and is on x2. What happened was GIz Kidasha(sp?) was attending what was supposed to be a peace negotiation with the Accretian forces in space. A party of the Cora government, still loyal to Decem was outraged at her wanting to make peace since Decem declared a holy war on Accretia. The ship was attacked and she was jettisoned out in a escape pod. She landed in Accretia territory where she was found by the bellato Race leader SitZ Beehammer. They came under attack by a monster native to the Armory area and then were intercepted by the Accretian Leader Rotan IIIrd. Giz fought back and that ship was destroyed and no contact from either 3 for three months. No one knows what happened in that three month period but Giz returned and had started a relationship with the Bellato Sitz. She then proceeded to work to try and make peace between the Cora and Bellato. Giz history is also detailed on those old sites.
