Wow that was a perfect day the water was so calm those cliffs are spectacular we used to stop along the north shore of Lac Athabasca and find petrified wood thank you
I was waiting for a calm day like that to do that ride beside the cliffs. I can tough the cliff wall and look at my sonar and it’s still 600 - 1000 ft deep in places! Everyone likes doing that drive by Redcliff Island - it’s a must when visiting that area! I have never been to Lake Athabasca but would absolutely love to check it out sometime as I have heard that the lake trout fishing is AMAZING!
@@frontierfishingwithRyanMacD Wow that is some cliffs and drop offs I have fished Lac Athabasca for years 22 inch grayling 54 inch Pike and 56 inch Lac trout are my PB's and it can get nasty too. Fished the Yukon while moose hunting great numbers but nothing big Your videos have brought back great memories thank you Ryan CYU
@@worldsfastestube7302 Awesome! I'm glad you enjoy my videos and they bring back good memories for you! I spent the summer of 2007 Guiding up in the Yukon at Tincup Wilderness Lodge and Kluane Wilderness lodge - it was a summer to remember being the only Guide at Tincup! Explored so many places - would love to make it back up there again! Kinda been spoiled with the fishing on the East Arm of Great Slave Lake though!
@@frontierfishingwithRyanMacD I do enjoy your videos and you are in fishing paradise. We went to the Yukon 2 years in a row 67 inch was our biggest moose again you are living the dream CYU
