Great information and thanks for sharing Steven!
As a beginner your video is always useful. Thanks for taking your time .👍
Been asking you this question for a while. Thanks for making this video
glad it helps.
The video we’ve been waiting for!!! Thank you Steven!
Just to clarify, do you use separate sheets based on different patterns or collect all the data under one single spreadsheet and color code every section?
Thanks for the video! Can u make a video about How to collect intraday data to track the statistics of a ticker for a specific pattern?
thanks for the remainder
Thank you Steven! 😄
Watched this video 5/2/2021 Thanks Dux!!! This takes some of the complications out of analysis.
Thank you!!
I don't know if you saw my comment asking for this exact topic. Either way, thank you Steven.
Thanks for the video man, question, do you edit your own videos?
great vid
Thank you for your videos. Was wondering if you have any thoughts on BCTX. Thanks. Keep up the good work! 😃
Thanks for sharing
Hi Dux, thanks for the video! I just wanted to ask you, do you feel that a stock that has a high IO is an important consideration when looking to short it? Is it something that you take into consideration when looking to open a short position? Thanks
Thank you so much for your videos!
I have a question, what’s the song that plays at the end of each of your videos?!
Hi Steve great video! What do you think about the platform Webull for trading and data collection?
Excellent.
Thank You
Hi Steven, when inputting market caps for tickers in your database, is that the market cap value at the open on the day you are trading, or at the close? Or, the day before? If a low float runner gaps up and opens at $1 and closes $10, which market cap value and at what time of day is most correct to record? Thanks in advance.
Can you talk about the short squeeze in BTX? Thanks
As usal I learned a lot. Do you still workout ? Btw I read your biographie it was really interesting !
- mkt cap under 500M is usually more volatile (gain more %s) than bigger mkt gap
- listed what to track then split into (mkt cap:; float: 10M bigger float). this determines spiking%
- check float & mkt cap is the same in yahoo finance and finviz then if not, check SEC
Max % gain. Does that mean that your including what is up pre-market and after the open. Or just after the open for what it increases?
FLASHSEC has the most accurate float that finviz and yahoo doesn’t .
Tradeideas is the best
Not always
Why is float so important? I understand that market cap is important, because by predicting the volume you can potentially see if the stock will gain 100% for instance. But why is float really relevant? How do we use float in the statistical analysis?
Is float more of a qualitative indicator? and if so, what is it stating?
Steven what do you think about $LTNC? is it a scam?
What does he mean by max percent gain? And how do u calculate that
Steven - we need a video about some top books you can recommend - not only as far as trading but also statistics and anything else that would help!
thx for the advice. will consider it 😃
Love
When dux says "SDT is not very accurate" is he referring to StocksToTrade?
0:28 i dont understand, why would that be? If someone buys all the liquidity of a stock for a certein price, why would it spike 100% if the buyer decides at wich price he'll sell.
Does anyone know what time is best to be tracking the volume? Dux said you take the current volume so does that mean anytime during pre (if there is volume)? I would think it would be more accurate to track it closer to the opening (depending on your pattern) but I am curious as to what other people are doing.
Good question
Impessice
i really love your strategy steven!
But I have some problem that sometime i want to short a stock thats run really high (60% up) there is always insufficient available for short sell.
how can i solve this problem?
i use IB broker
So where do you get the market data????
Whyvdont you do a live trade with your strategy?
Can I trade in mobile phone? If so please send me link for mobile trading
What is MAX % Gain and how you work that out? isn't it the same as % gain? which is from the open to close? :/ really need help to track the stock don't understand that bit
Iam guessing max%gain should be open to day high, while gain% is open to close
Appreciate a heart from you
Thank you for the video, are you able to link a blank template of this chart?
How can you track the same but when the ticker goes first red day ?
I mean, goes red, same thing just tracking the -% ?
Do you think it's better for a beginner to focus on going long first? I mean I see your edge in shorting and I'm quite conflicted between the two right now. I'm just starting my journey and gathering data.
You'd probably have better success shorting at first, until you blow your entire account up. That's why it's best to long at the start.
going long has fewer risks for beginners.
Think you spelled ticker wrong. 😂
Ticekr Lol
Labeling my column as Ticekr from now on
看了两次,, 还是不明白呢。
First? HAHAHHA
Sir please provide English subtitles.
Thanks man.
