(x@company.com) Sometimes the use of "freemails" such as gmail or yahoo can trigger additional security steps inside of your account. If this is the case - be sure to check your email for any "Information requests" from the Vonage team.
Yes - you are able to use Vonage Voice and text at the same time on one account. You are just not able to have multiple ongoing calls at the same time with the same number 😁
