Agreed. definitely my favourite rendition besides the original done by Williams and the LSO. They really captured the the piece's intensity.

Great work, but I feel like there were a couple balancing issues within sections, and the choir was a little bleak, but true, one of the better performances.
I have to agree. It was I mean awesome without a doubt but not quite how I think it should be.

+TheDragonSmasher Yes. I was watching TPM the other day, thinking "what is so horrible about it"... Other than Jar Jar anyway, but he's just a stupid side character, not the focus... Still a different league than TESB, but a fun movie with a great lightsaber fight in the climax.
Bald, little tenor dude was gettin after it! And that timp roll at 2:28 was SICK!! This might be one of the best renditions of this piece I’ve ever heard.

The conductor REALLY UNDERSTOOD the tension and urge of this piece and it tells.

this is seriously pretty damn close to the real thing! 100% these guys deserved a standing ovation, absolutely killed it. Duel Of Fates, my favourite piece of music of all time!
I won't lie. There's alot of attractive people in this orchestra.

Super tight rhythm!! Something other videos interpreting this piece don't seem to quite get
It’s easy piece yet very hard at the same time. It’s too many pieces and connecting pieces which even slight delay in solo or section can mean complications. It’s not easy piece to play live without clix in my opinion - conductor

Of all of the live-orchestra-performance videos of Duel of this Fates, this one features the most majestic concert hall -- and that definitely adds considerably to the overall effect. The hall even features reddish accents in the woods and walls -- a Sith hue. Pity the choir isn't large/strong enough to make a sufficiently powerful impression. Not a bad orchestra, though.

I like the Prague Orchestra much more than the London Orchestra when performing this piece. It's probably because I've heard Prague first but the Prague Orchestra sounds much more dramatic and really fits in with the movie scenes.

For all you timpanists out there, the notes to the solo at the end are "e", "d", "A", "e", "d", "A", "e", all but the last being eighth notes. The note capitalization indicates the octave.
