Any predictions on rent prices?
Unfortunately, the increases in the monthly condo dues will have a direct impact on rent when the new lease comes around. I know a few people who's rent went up $150 a month because the association fee went up $150 a month.
Excellent report Eric, thanks.
Thanks Jeff! Pretty sure I'll be talking more about this in the future
