Just curious about Why not take the dime out when you went to m2 and m3 like that you Did for m1 when you started the test just to see if it wasn't hitting the nails and have you tried the X-Terra Pro detector yet ???? And A good test....
No I have not tried the xterra pro. And removing the dime was only to show that i had the nails discriminated out. It would not have made a difference in m1 or m2 or m3 because the base program was still the same
@@lancemcilwainoutcastmetald5398 I use to have the Simplex + and I couldn't do anything like that with it but just have to go ahead and Dig it up and find out what it was and Thanks for the Demo.....
What setting did you have your recovery speed set to? Could that have anything to do with it? I've only just got a Legend so forgive me if my question is stupid.
I had it set at 6. It could have possibly had some effect but i highly doubt it because the recovery was set the same for the entire test. Frequency is the only thing I changed during the test
Hay mate if you put a little coil 8 inch or even better a 6 inch coil on it won’t miss it try it on both detectors same with my vanquish 540 and the same with Nox 800 it you don’t use a 8 or 6 inch you will miss Thrippence two cents one cents and shillings not sure about your American US dimes
Yea a small coil will work iv been using detectors since 1979 and the 80 s and then when they bought out the Minlabe gold seeker 15000 I had a small coil 8 inch and the other guys had a 11 inch coil they didn’t get any of the gold in amongst the nails and junk I was the only one that could detect it because I had a smaller coil .
Oh bull crap the Legend only runs on 2 Multi-frequencies so as you notice in multi 1 it doesn’t work same as singke frequency you have to completely set the unit up to detect in the selected single frequency. These comparison on you tube cracks me up. Clearly your not understanding how all this works. The Multi-frequency is factory set to pick up this, so do it with the single frequency set it up. Learn how to properly set up the detector there is a plethora of settings to use, you chose switching factory preset frequency settings proved nothing but what factory setting works only for frequency changes.
@@lancemcilwainoutcastmetald5398 I just got off the phone with an engineer and he told me that the engineering for the multi- frequency machines is more inline with Nuclear physics, let that sink in. He also told me that the Oscillator will only show two frequency when in fact it is way more complicated then what an Oscillator will show. I'll keep with BBS Tech talking Mine lab Sovereign tech that actually does shot 17 frequency one on a long wave and 8 shorter upon shorter burst and takes 2 reading to make it 16 and went into lots of ground configuration after the long burst, above my pay grade. So I stand corrected that in fact these machines called Multi-frequency may in fact shooting more then what an Oscillator shows. So no I can keep my big mouth shut until I get my Nuclear Engineer Degree which in fact will never happen because I lack that kind of math skill set, 3 tries in college to pass statistics and could not pass it today.
Nokta has not released what frequencies the Legend runs on, I'd say you're just guessing on how many frequencies it runs on, as this info has not been released to the public. 😂
Good video, the multi 2 and 3 is what I'll start using on my Legend. Thanks
M2 was what I found worked the best all around.
Try varying the swing speed
Good job Lance !!! 🎉🎉🎉

Congratulations on 100+ subs!
Thanks!
Very cool Lance! Wish I could know what they are doing at a programming level with the signal data.

Try recovery of 4
I did. Not much difference in 4,5 and 6. It starting losing the target and only giving one way signals when ran below 4.
What did you have your iron filter set at?
@@billbarry2984 i have it on 2. I never run it over 3 and I never run it below 2

I have been waiting on the small elliptical coil. They are on back order. Can’t wait to try a small coil. Thanks for watching.

@billbarry2984 no, it has been put on the scope by another manufacturer and individual most don't run simultaneously multi-frequency. Do the home work
By another Manufacturer??? Lol
