Lovely vlog, regarding yoga 🧘🏻♀️ like anything it takes time and practice, it sounds like it might have been more of a vinyasa flow you did such is a power flow which is faster and harder. You should maybe start with a restorative yoga sessions then work your way up to hatha yoga flow which is more strength longer poses the vinyasa flows. You could find a 5 min restorative yoga flow and practice that regularly from you tube to gain practice as you have been given a may but it is always good to go to classes if you can to get the technique and alignment correct.

San Francisco and LA are both terrible places to visit. The cities aren't like they use to be. Both crowded with homleas and people on drugs. Many businesses have closed because of it. Sad.
