The Turbo Rat is a great clean-ish boost. I like to set It the gain low and crank the output. It gives you that Rat cut and clarity while pushing your amp. Also GREAT after fuzz pedals.
I think this pedal is rad it sounds good as my only dirt going in a solid state and this sounds so nice going into a heavy analog delay with lots of repeats its perfect for that atmospheric rock

ive had this pedal for years, its so damn good. i prefer it turned down a bit though
Yeah - it sounds great with distortion at the minimum as well as heavier settings.
