Works great on my grill, but my propane generator shuts down when using a gauge.
Weird, I use a gauge on my generator and it works fine.
Great information, just what I was seeking. Thanks!📰
Glad it was helpful!
excellent info, well done !
Thanks!
@@Iscaper just bought a dual pack flame king gauges for around $21 and a regulator /hose for my kenmore propane grill . my original regulator had a leak which was sometimes causing a flame to shoot up , don't want an explosion ! anyhow great tutorial , i had the propane go empty before while grilling ! 🤦♀️
@@professorpauls7362 Good information, thanks for posting.
Good info!
Thanks for watching.
Very helpful I could’ve never done it without you
what is the round unit on the left??? what is it's purpose???
Do you mean the regulator? If so it controls flow of gas to the grill.
That was easy enough. Thanks for posting it.
You're welcome!
I installed a blue rhino gauge on my tank. I opened the valve the needle went into the green about halfway. When I closed the valve the needle went to zero like empty. I have it hooked up to a torpedo heater. My connections to the tank are pretty snug. Should I be looking at the torpedo heater for a leak?
Sounds right, you could try soapy water in a spray bottle to look for the leak.
@@Iscaper I found the leak at the heater.. fixed it. There is a very slight leak at the rubber seal inside the tank valve where the gauge screws in... i put some silicone grease in there and walked away from it.. it should be fine. I thought somehting might have been wrong with the gauge, but upon inspection of the gauge there is no way it's the gauge... that little seal in there is the little trouble maker. :)
Cool 💯💯💯
❤
Nice!
Thanks!
