M 100% agree with Mr.Raman Sir, because in canada people always find the mistakes of new comers,At my Work place,some of my colleagues specially Students,always find my grammar mistakes nd my pronunciation when i deal with my Coustomers.Its totally de motivation.On the Other hand,when we talk with British people they always enhance our confidence nd also learn a lot from them.Actually,We r on the Work permits,students nd other people who r living there from a long time,they don’t think so they have good languages(English) Skills because they r going to colleges nd touch with Study nd others r living there from a long time thats why.They thought an illusion in their minds Who have gud english they r intelligent,But only good language skills is not a intelligency.
Same as i saw many ielts teachers,but the Way Raman Sir teach is osm that makes him different from others.
Don’t worry Raman sir,Its the mentality of narrow mind’s people Who don’t see the hard work nd dedication. I know a lot of mistakes in my writing,but practice makes the man perfect.For example,I wrote a latter in Punjabi before few days I didn’t know the correct spell of sat shiri Akal,that’s happen Why because I left to write punjabi.So,its all about practice
We Should incourage the people when they doing good,not discourage them.
