Enigmas can let an Alpha to produce omega pheromone if they wish!

I actually find it sad that the show itself didn't explain things well enough. It was SO weird and confusing to hear Alpha here and there, yet nothing else and then we get random power-using scenes. I wonder if the original story did a better job explaining it in detail (because i believe this is also based on a novel, right?). For me that's what made the show a littl meh, as that is important to teach the viewer from the get-go.

I'm not sure about the truth because the film hasn't mentioned about the gender of other characters. But I think the film will use the detail of the original novel of Bit Babe. In the novel, North is Omega and Sonic is alpha. Winner is the new character and only for film version, because the character of the former king in the novel is Jix (if I'm not wrong about his name) and he is a sigma.

As far as I know, the positions start expressing themselves in puberty. Alphas go possessive and aggressive, omegas more submissive but some still powerful, and betas are usually even tempered but for example, the alpha can then make them submit by emitting their aura. It's mostly the omegas and alphas that change the most during puberty and so find out what they are. Also omega have their first heat and that's how they find out. Honestly I have never heard of sigmas or enigmas until pit babe so I guess it's an evolution of the original ABO universe that I read when I was younger. And I have no idea how they work lol 😂

In Mangas, both Alphas and Omegas omit pheromones that surround them like a cloud of "dust" or "pollen". Other alphas and omegas can smell them, but betas (usually) can't.
An Omega's pheromones usually drive an Alpha into a sexual frenzy, even if the Alpha is not in his or her rut. On the other hand, an Alpha's pheromones don't usually drive an Omega into a frenzy but can be used to make an Omega (and other Alphas) submit to his will.
If the Alpha bites an Omega on the neck, they become a mated pair and the Omega no longer goes into heat or their heat cycle stabilizes. (This differs based on the manga, since some state that heat is required for pregnancy.)
In general, Alphas are usually considered the elite in society; Omegas are at the bottom of the food chain, and Betas are in between.
