I was in the audience. Howie did recognize him, they just didn’t show the clip
I understand that Howie try to promote that Canada's got talent like America, Britain and all other countries... and it's true... but I agree with you that his comment felt off because he saw him before on AGT. I love Howie, and the magic of Nicolas is amazing, but the comment made the end not authentic.

I remember seeing this guy in America's Got Talent almost 2 years ago and he absolutely blew me away and I absolutely knew he'd make the finals on AGT This is the definition of pure talent and nothing would make me happier if this guy made it all the way to the finals just like he did on AGT because it's Talent like this that deserve not only to make it to the end but it's worthy of 1 million dollars by far the best act this season without a doubt
I'm glad he's still doing good. Being on AGT really did change his life he's probably performing all over the world now

@@maskedsingerhomie6891 because most contestants who performed on AGT. Perform in other Got Talent shows one to expand their careers worldwide. So other people from different countries to learn their talent.
But why is it called AGT; shouldn"t only Americans be on it??

It's already been done by Shen Lim
Shin Lim is a completely different type of magic. Nicolas Ribs mainly works with video editing. Shin Lim doesn't do that at all.
