She's her own worst enemy, by tripping K Cooper, she caused Cooper's knee to hit her head. SC should concentrate on being more consistent in her game than being "cocky/dirty".

Sophie Cunningham once again needs to go somewhere and sit down. Had she been coached right at the college level. She would have known there is a difference between playing with passion and playing dirty.
Where is Latasha Byers? Sign here for a 10 day or whatever the short term contract is in the WNBA. Latasha took care of all the dirty plays that were directed at Lisa Leslie to try and stop the Sparks."Tot" was a huge reason for one of the 1st 2 Sparks titles. At 5'11" she was an undersized power forward. She didn't care, she outplayed almost everyone. Her rebounding, defense, and toughest player in the league attitude, was always ready for more physicality. She was a great scorer also, before joining the Sparks, she was a leading scorer for the Monarch of Sacramento. The Sparks had so many scorers, it was her toughness that was needed most. Some disturbance at a team party celebrating the chip from the previous season, was investigated by the LAPD, but no charges were ever filed, ended Byers career for the most part. It wasn't fair, but Byers was out of the league for several years. I remember a short lived comeback. but she wasn't with LA, wasn't getting much time on the court, and it was not a fitting end for one of the league first players who never tried to be anything other than who she was. She wasn't able to hide her personal side. So she never tried to. I think that's the reason the league didn't care that the LAPD felt no charges should be filed. They banned her from playing for several years. All todays open players should thank Latasha for being the first real one.
Two great players that play with a lot of passion, but can't stand each other. Neither is "inherently" dirty. We aren't talking about Grayson Allen here or someone like that.
I saw Sophie get slapped in the face twice, nobody seeing the violence being perpetrated against Sophie here, she doesn't have to put up with this dirty play from this thug.
The WNBA does more flagrant acts than playing basketball. Just to think how they quietly did away with the DETROIT SHOCK for being so aggressive but this whole league is toxic af.😮

yea that's a really dirty play. that can alter/end someone's career and that's no exaggeration.
Deserved it for strangling Cunningham in the playoffs
its payback for what copper did to her in the finals, copper had to expect something, that's how it goes with two intense players like them
Ohhhh Lawd, THESE 2 AT IT AGAIN???? Get a room already will ya?!!?!!!!!!!! 😂😂😂
Exactly and I'm fan of both them. They play so passionately that sometimes they both go over the line too much when facing each other.
THEY’RE TEAMMATES NOW !! 😂

Cunningham is still bitter about 2021. She needs to grow up. Kahleah Copper is the better player.
