Hi, The steam refresh is a short cycle that basically steams your clothes for a hygiene wash, To be honest, I only tried this out when I first purchased the machine. The machine fills with water but only into the outer drum. It is then heated to create the steam. When the cycle is complete your garments come out dripping wet.
@dazza86123 Hi, The spin is high on this for a front loader although it automatically sets the maximum spin speed depending on the program you have set. The only down side about the 9kg load is that it takes ages to empty it and the dryer I have takes a maximum of 6kg. I think this style has been discontinued now but there are other large load machines on the market
I,ve had to do this. I'm sure you hold both the temperature and time delay while turning it on and it loads into the language settings. When I get home I will double check the instruction manual.
@glenfieldmathk1 actually the steps being in what they are on this machine are appropiate, because there is no need at have 1500, say because there is no diffrence, however between 1600 and 1200 is a big diffrence, in creaseing is reduced, and is more appropiate for polycotton items. if teh step was 1600 then 1000rpm, then it's too great a difference.
@whichwasher2007 the differences in 200rpm would be appropriate, but not 400rpm gaps! comparing to your ultima which did have temp in 5C Steps and spinning in 100rpm then, you can tell these are down hill a little!

which model is this :? I 'm about to buy AQD1170D or AQD1171D
They need to put the pre-wash onto a button under the display, then put a lingerie program on the dial, then put a superwash button under the display, and the machine would be even better! I love how they have steam now, the spins should be in 100 rpm steps though aswell!! Great video anyway, seems one great machine!
hi there.. some of my clothes after washing are getting discolored. A pair of jeans got white discolored spots all over. a few other clothes got discolored too. I have aqualtis too. can u explain what could be the issue
shereen md Hi, The only thing I can think of is that there is too much bleach in the product your using? I sold this machine in 2011 as I was moving house. Really wish I still had it tho. I never experienced any problems with my one.

M1 = memory programme 1. Like a speed dial on a phone. You can set your too 3 most used cycles.
